St. George’s Methodist Church between Laurel and Delmar will host an Hour of Praise and Thanksgiving led by Jeff and Jeanine Scott of Bridgeville on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. An offering will be received to benefit the Sussex Pregnancy Care Center in Georgetown. Jeff and Jeanine have been providing Christ-centered musical programs for over 30 years in surrounding areas. The hour will include solos, duets, congregational hymns and worship songs. Come prepared to participate. Following the time of worship, refreshments will be served in the Fellowship Hall.
