Singer and Songwriter Ashley Smith is the featured vocalist during Café Night at Connection Church on Sunday night, July 19, at 6 p.m. Led into faith in Jesus Christ by her grandparents, Apostle Catherine Camper, one Elder Golden Camper, as well as her parents, Apostle Keith Wongus and Pastor Carla Wongus of The United Deliverance Bible Center, Ashley has a rich spiritual heritage. She will be joined by worship team singers and musicians from The Tabernacle of The Living God.

This will be a great night of praise and worship as the body of Christ unites together in His name. During this Café Night, the delicious treat will be “Pie and Ice Cream”! It will be ready for all to enjoy at 5:30 p.m. Though a love offering is welcome, there is no charge to attend.  Should you be able, consider helping Operation West Laurel’s street ministry for at-risk youth by bringing in pre-wrapped snacks for O.W.L. to share while they minister to young people.

Connection Church is located in Laurel at 28417 Seaford Rd. (Corner of Alt. 13 and Bethel Rd.).  For information on this or other Café Nights, including The Itzels on Aug. 23,  Dr. Carlton Cannon and The Peace Initiative on Sept. 20, or the Oct. 11 presentation of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe by The King’s Players, call 302-875-4646 or Kathy at Co************@***oo.com.
