A Four Chaplains Service will take place on Sunday, Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Church, located at 101 E. State Street in Delmar. Observe this memorable national historic event with your community.
During America’s 250th birthday year this service honors four Army Chaplains of four faiths who gave their lives aboard a sinking U. S. Army Transport ship in February 1943. The church will remember their sacrifices through stories, music, candle lighting, and prayers.
