A Sussex County native, Moutzalias enjoyed many camping trips with his family while growing up, particularly in the mountains of Virginia and West Virginia. He developed a great love of nature and a sense of what people want and need while enjoying the great outdoors.
He had a knack for selling, too, and worked in real estate sales, car sales and new home sales before launching a business of selling homes on wheels.
