The Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce (CDCC) is in the process of planning its annual Home & Garden Show. In order to present an even bigger expo-style show, this year’s event will be held in the Dover Building at the Delaware State Fairgrounds on Friday, Feb. 17 from noon to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
