The Blades Police Department and the Blades Fire Department will present a Trunk or Treat on Friday, Oct. 31 at 6 p.m. at the Blades Fire Department, located at 200 East 5th St. Candy will be given to anyone wearing a costume. Everyone is welcome to bring their vehicle and decorate it. A prize will be given for the best-decorated vehicle.
