St. Stephens Church will hold a drive thru beef and dumpling dinner on Sunday, Sept. 13, from 12:30-4 p.m. at the Delmar VFW, located at 200 W. State Street in Delmar, Md. The cost of the dinner is $18. The dinner benefits the ministries of St. Stephen’s Church.
