On Saturday, Nov. 15, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., come and shop from local crafters and vendors. This is the holiday bazaar to shop for unique gifts that you can’t find anywhere else. Discover one of a kind handmade holiday decorations and gift items. There will be a 50/50 raffle and raffle baskets, too. You do not have to be present to win. The church will call if you are a winner and you can arrange to pick up your winnings at the church.
The event is a fundraiser for the Laurel St. Philip’s Episcopal Church Women (ECW) and will be used for community outreach and other church projects.
There will be a scrapple breakfast served from 8 to 11 a.m. and a hot dog lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a delicious bake sale with lots of your favorite goodies. Also, there will be an ECW Attic Treasures table filled with many unique items. Holiday shopping never felt so good and you will be supporting local crafters and vendors. There will be community organizations with information about their work in the community. One organization will be collecting socks, hats and gloves, etc. to be given out to those in need. If you would like to donate to them, please bring your items with you. They would appreciate your generosity.
