Union Methodist Church, located at 2 N. Laws St. in Bridgeville, will be hosting a free Women’s Day Event on Saturday, Oct. 18, from noon until 3 p.m. The event is free and open to all. The title is “The Harvest” and based on Matthew – 9: 37-38. The guest speaker will be Rev. Martha Callaway (retired).
Lunch is provided so pre-registration is necessary for planning and purchasing of food. Doors to the Fellowship Hall will open at 11:30 a.m. for check-in, lunch is from noon -1 p.m. and then everyone will gather in the Sanctuary for a time of music and the message.
