The Laurel Ministerial Association’s annual prayer breakfast will take place on July 4 at 8 a.m. at Abbott’s Grill. Tickets are $20 for the breakfast buffet and must be purchased in advance at Laurel Town Hall or at Centenary UMC , 200 W. Market Street in Laurel.
