In conjunction with the annual homecoming event to be celebrated by Laurel High School on Oct. 18-19, St. Philip’s will celebrate a special homecoming service on Sunday, Oct. 20 at 9:30 a.m. The church is located at 600 S. Central Ave. in Laurel.
Whether you are returning to Laurel from out of town or have simply been away from your Christian community for a period of time, we welcome all to this celebration with open arms. Following the service, all are invited to attend a covered-dish fellowship luncheon to be held in Memorial Hall, just adjacent to the church itself. If you are not a member of St. Philip’s, please do not feel the need to contribute any food. Just come as our guests. There will be plenty of food for everyone!
