The Western Sussex Branch of AAUW is taking orders for its annual geranium sale to raise scholarship money for two Western Sussex County high school students and a Delaware Space Academy student. Lakeside Greenhouse in Laurel will again provide the organization with the plants.
Orders are due by Friday, April 3. Available colors are red, white, pink, salmon and fuchsia. Each 6-inch pot is $4.50. To order, call 629-4619.
The plants will be available for pick-up at the West Seaford Elementary School parking lot across from the Nanticoke Senior Center on Saturday, May 2, between 8 and 11 a.m. The geraniums that are still remaining at 11 a.m. will be sold to the public.
