The people of Mount Olivet United Methodist Church have the opportunity to meet in the sanctuary every week at 10 a.m. on Sunday mornings for worship. Social distancing is being practiced and there are masks available for anyone who needs one. Hand sanitizer is also available at many locations in the church.

The service has evolved since COVID-19. The Bible readings are pre-recorded by the liturgist of the week. We sing with masks on. Our beautiful pipe organ can be heard playing hymns again. The Book of Acts continues to be the focus of the sermons. Pastor Christine Bowden provides connections between first century and today’s challenges.

Anyone who does not feel comfortable attending in person yet is encouraged to watch the weekly service on Facebook or YouTube. The service is available starting at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning. Additional information and links to Facebook and YouTube can be found on our website https://mountolivetseaford.org/

Currently, Adult Sunday School Classes are meeting at 9 a.m. on Sunday. Join leaders Betty Wilbanks and Chuck Harrison in their studies. All are welcome!
