The Laurel Public Library will host harpist Joy Slavens for a special performance on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Slavens creates new arrangements of many styles of music and writes original compositions. Her music is sold throughout the U.S. and has been favorably reviewed by harp publications.
