Soul Outreach Christian Church and Ministries, located at 11475 Commercial Lane (beside Dutch Market) in Laurel, will have free hot dog and pasta salad lunches on Saturday, March 20 starting at 11:30 a.m. Pastor Dedra Martin and the church invites the public to come and enjoy.
