Soul Outreach Christian Church Ministries, located at 11475 Commercial Lane (next to Dutch Country Market) in Laurel, will offer free chicken dinners this Saturday starting at 11 a.m. The meals will be curbside. Dedra Martin is the pastor at Soul Outreach Christian Church Ministries.
