Donald R. Milligan of Seaford, passed away on Friday, Jan. 31, 2020, at his residence, in Seaford.
He was born on June 25, 1928 in Seaford, son of the late Russle and Frances (Smith) Milligan.
He worked at the Dupont Nylon Plant in Seaford for 38 years before retiring in June of 1985. Mr. Milligan enjoyed spending time with those he held most dear and was a loving and devoted husband. He was a wonderful person who will be missed dearly.
Mr. Milligan is survived by his beloved wife of 72 years, Dolores Milligan of Seaford and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Truitt of Seaford and Donald Comstock and his wife Helen of Milford.
A graveside service was held on Friday, Feb. 7, at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Seaford.
