Bridgeville Commission approves another Heritage Shores phase 4D

The Bridgeville Commission discussed Heritage Shores phase 4D before unanimously voting to grant final approval at Monday’s meeting. The Commission also voted on the Apple-Scrapple hometown carnival and vendor list during the meeting.
