Ronald (Ron) Willard Faison, Jr. of Seaford passed away Thursday,April 22, 2021. He was born Dec. 1, 1961 in Durham, North Carolina to Ronald W. Faison Sr. and the late Lucy Jones Faison. He grew up in Cary, North Carolina and was a graduate of Apex High School. After high school, he managed the family business, “Rons Fast Food” in downtown Raleigh, NC. He later became a jeweler in Raleigh before moving to Delaware in the mid 90s. Ron started a new career as an auctioneer and was eventually the owner of The Delaware Auto Exchange. He maintained multiple memberships of State and National Auctioneer Associations. Ron was an avid racing enthusiast, car owner and lifetime sponsor of the racing community. His passion for the Second Amendment kept his armory full along with his hobby of duck hunting and skeet. A true motorhead at heart, he loved his Harleys, Ironhorse and the open road.

He is survived by wife Brittany M. Faison D.V.M.; son C.J. Faison; daughters Logan Faison, Jamie Lee and Brittany Abbott Rose along with her husband Doug Rose; and grandson Brady C. Rose, all of Delaware. He is also survived by his sister Ronda Faison Sorrell and her spouse Larry Sorrell; nieces Whitney Sorrell Moore and Lindsey Sorrell Norris; and his great nieces Emma-Kate and Brookes Kennedy.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 2 at The Delaware Auto Exchange in Felton. Memorial donations to his charity of choice may be made to St. Judes Children’s Research Hospital at http://giftfunds.strudel.org/RonFaisonJr.
