I feel sorry for Dan Dobson (letter in Jan. 28 Stars). He has drunk the Trump Kool Aid and cannot give in. But when he slanders a person I worked for, who has given his life to public service and made the country better, while losing his son (a combat vet) and his first wife and daughter, I cannot sit by without raising my voice.
Donald Trump was not a “clown.” That would be an insult to clowns everywhere. He was a cancer and dangerous to our very system of democracy. We are lucky to have survived his onslaught and narcissism. The only thing Trump ever cared about was himself and I am so sad that his supporters are still in love with him.
