Born in Baltimore, Md. to John and Jeannette Quigley, Frances “Fran” Warder passed peacefully of natural causes on Nov. 12, 2020 at the age of 83. Married to Robert F. Warder, Sr. for 56 years they raised three children in Kingsville, Md.

She was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Deborah Ann Hammond, her son Kenneth Warder and her siblings John, Mary, Dolores, Genevieve, Eileen, Rosalie and Louise. She is survived by her son Robert F. Warder, Jr. and wife Jonnie, son-in-law Chip Hammond, grandchildren Tony and Doug Hammond, Alex and Nicole Warder, Taylor and Robby Warder, sister Peggy Emm, sister-in-law Martha Baker and extended family.

Fran was a loving mother who cared greatly for her children and grandchildren. She was a strong feisty Irish woman who, through all life’s challenges, always had a positive spirit.

She spent many years with her husband and children boating on the Chesapeake. She enjoyed gardening and reading especially when she and her husband retired to Seaford. She was employed by Peterson Howell and Heather (PHH) in Cockeysville and then R F Warder in Kingsville, Md. Fran enjoyed family gatherings, she never missed a birthday or anniversary or sending a handwritten thank you note for every gift. Fran was blessed with a good nature, a wonderful laugh, and a sparkle in her eye. Fran is loved by many and will definitely be missed. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.

Family will celebrate her life privately.
