The Seaford Elks Lodge will hold a designer bag bingo on Sunday, Sept. 12. Doors open at 12:30, play starts at 2 p.m. Tickets in advance are $35, $40 at the door, ticket price includes your meal.  Only 150 tickets will be sold.
