Donna Jean Willin of Laurel passed away on Nov. 21 at home in Laurel.
Donna was born in Seaford, a daughter of the late Martin and Loretta Rubino.
She was a graduate of Laurel High School, class of 1971, and Delaware Tech class of 1973, and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Seaford and American Legion Post #19 in Laurel. She worked for the state of Delaware as a Lab Tech at the Stockley Center for 26 years.
Donna is survived by her son, Mike Rapa and his wife Keri of Laurel; her sister Terry Cline and husband Frederick of Laurel; her brothers Mark and Dean Rubino; grandchildren, Dylan, Jeanna and Jace Rapa. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.
A walk through viewing was held on Sunday, Nov. 29 at the Hannigan, Short, Disharoon Funeral Home in Laurel. A Mass was held on Monday, Nov. 30 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Seaford at 11 a.m. Interment followed in Our Lady of Lourdes Church Cemetery in Blades.
