Connie L. Huffman of Seaford passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Lofland Park Center in Seaford. She was born on April 16, 1948 in Frankford, daughter of the late Walter and Gertrude (Webb) Hudson.
Connie enjoyed dancing, knitting, sewing, playing cards, camping, the great outdoors but most of all, family. She was an active member of the Moose Club and supporter of the American Legion. Connie was loved by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Huffman was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William “Steve” Huffman. She is survived by her sons: Stevie L. Huffman and his wife Angela, and Mark Huffman and his partner Amy Penuel; her sister, Barbara Peters; her grandchildren: Mark Huffman, Kristen Huffman, Justin Huffman, Morgan Willey, Jake Penuel, Lexie Penuel and Ava Huffman; and many other family members and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Watson-Yates Funeral Home & Crematorium, A Member of the Parsell Funeral Family, 609 East King St., Seaford, DE 19973.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Mrs. Huffman’s memory to the Moose Lodge, 22759 Bridgeville Highway, Seaford, DE 19973.
