The Sharptown Lions Club will host a Chicken BBQ on Nov. 14 at Wheatley Church Grove. The take-out meal will include: a leg quarter, baked beans, chips, roll and drink for $9. Curbside serving will be 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. (or out). Pre-orders are encouraged! To order a meal and obtain additional information, call Lions Club President Bill at 443-614-4742. Proceeds will benefit various local charities sponsored by the Sharptown Lions Club.
The Wheatley Church is located at the intersection of MD Rt. 313 and Wheatley Church Road outside Galestown (two miles north of Sharptown and two miles south of Eldorado). Current Maryland COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.
