Carol A. Montague of Seaford passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.
Carol was born in Lynn, MA, the daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy Watson. She graduated from Wilmington High School in 1957 and Goldey Beacom Business College in 1959. She was employed with the Bank of Seaford, followed by the city of Seaford and with the Nanticoke and Laurel Senior Centers for 30 years.
Carol is survived by her husband of 62 years, Edward Montague; children, Jean Montague, Michael Montague (Laura) and Patrick Montague (Susie) and grandchildren, Nathan, Zachery, Caleb, and Conner. Her grandson Brock Montague preceded her in death.
A memorial mass was held on April 30 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Seaford. Burial was in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family suggested donations may be made to the Laurel Senior Center, 113 N. Central Ave., Laurel, DE 19956.
