The AARP Tax-Aide program will be preparing free tax returns at the Seaford Elks Club for the 2019 tax season. IRS-certified counselors will be available to prepare returns starting Feb. 5, and every Wednesday until April 8.
Appointments are required and can be made by calling 302-404-0077. Leave a message including your name, phone number and date you wish to come. A counselor will return your call confirming your date and the time of your appointment.
Taxpayers are required to show a government issued photo ID plus their Social Security card(s). They should also have with them their 2019 tax information and 2018 tax return.
